Return and Exchange Page

You may return items through the Post Office by returning your order to Monique/Matura, 66 Northgate Street, Gloucester, GL1 1SL. Returns must be made within 14 days of receipt, must be in their original condition with all tags attached. The original delivery of a charge will only be refunded if the full order is returned.

Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer. In the event that we do not receive the returned goods, it is the customer’s responsibility to provide proof of return, therefore, we recommend that a traceable postal service is used. Your statutory rights are not affected.
